- Quick and easy to use:
Our filters come with SteckO adapters for fast installation and removal. They are easy to connect and provide a reliable seal even at 350 bar.
When mixing HFA concentrate and water to form an emulsion, a precise ratio is required. Beforehand, it must be ensured that the liquids are pure. Seebach offers mixing stations for this application with a precise but uncomplicated system to set the mixture ratio using advanced injector technology and electrically-controlled volume control valves. - Extremely long service intervals:
When things shut down underground, it is expensive. The demand for low-service components is accordingly high. Seebach offers service-free filters that clean themselves through a backflush process without a foreign medium. The backflush medium including the impurities is removed from the system (have a look: animation reversible filter). - Reliable protection of hydraulic controls:
Contaminants enter the hydraulic system when hydraulic hoses and valves are changed. Sensitive hydraulic controls are reliably protected by upstream Seebach inline filters and filter cartridges.
A special construction prevents improper use of the filters without the filter element (have a look: animation filtration concept). - Filter performance:
We define the target level of filtration together with our customers. We design the filters, engineer and manufacture complex filter stations. We also expand the filter stations with a range of hydraulic components such as pressure control valves, controllers, pressure monitoring systems, etc.
The purity class of the HFA medium is therefore reliably and efficiently maintained for the customer, which saves repair and maintenance costs.
